Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead Area Coaches, hire and coach managers, and set aggressive goals for sales, profitability, and safety. A strong leadership track record and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years restaurant management experience with strong people development.
• Extensive Area Coach experience leading 6–8 restaurant general managers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to drive culture and results.

Aufgaben

• Build People Capability by recruiting, coaching and developing managers and area coaches.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience by ensuring adherence to Taco Bell Operating System and Brand Standards.
• Grow the brand, sales and profits by guiding market managers to meet profit targets and optimize operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set goals, and drive problem solving and process improvements.
• Ensure occupational safety, health standards and compliance across all restaurants in the market.
