Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across 12 Taco Bell locations, with up to 3 Area Coaches reporting directly.

Reporting to the General Manager, this leader will hire, train, coach, and support managers; set goals; and drive excellence in service, sales, and profitability. The role focuses on building capability and a consistent customer experience while growing the brand through strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years Restaurant Management experience.
• Dynamic, energetic leader who motivates teams.
• Proven talent development and multi-unit management.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers.
• Lead by example and drive a culture delivering quality and service.
• Ensure consistent execution of the Taco Bell Operating System and brand standards.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Proactively address employee relations and safety issues.
• Coach Area Coaches to improve performance and financial results.
