Job summary

Brewing Brand Management seeks a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit QSR operations, providing strong leadership across a network of locations and driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on management of P&L, cost controls, and performance improvement while mentoring district leaders. Expect frequent travel within the region and a focus on sustaining growth and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational leadership in a QSR or similar environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multi-unit operations with demonstrated success.
• Comprehensive understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across a network of retail locations and ensure high performance.
• Mentor and develop District Managers and restaurant leadership to hit goals and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze financial data and manage full P&L including labor and food cost controls.
• Ensure adherence to standards for staffing, compliance, safety, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure downtime is minimized while maintaining health and safety rules.
• Identify trends and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
