Job summary

Refuel is seeking a QSR District Manager to lead regional food service programs with full operational and financial accountability. You will coach QSR Managers, partner with store leadership, ensure brand standards, and optimize sales, margin, and waste.

This hybrid leadership role requires travel within the district and a focus on people development. Reporting to the VP of Food Service, you will drive performance, implement new product rollouts, and oversee safety and compliance across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience with food safety protocols and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of QSR programs across the district.
• Partner with Regional and District leadership to execute food service programs consistently.
• Audit kitchen, QSR, and grab & go execution against recipes and standards.
• Monitor performance data and implement corrective actions on sales and margins.
• Recruit, hire, and develop QSR Managers; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage labor and budget planning for QSR operations.
