Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. seeks a Director of Company Operations to oversee District Managers and Restaurant General Managers across multiple brands.

You will drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability through strategic decisions, workforce leadership, and performance management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to coach managers, travel for on-site visits, and ensure financial commitments are met while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Proven leadership with ability to drive behaviors by example.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, operations, Guest-centric culture, and leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple brand operations and drive Guest satisfaction.
• Manage a $50M P&L, aiming for sales growth and EBITDA targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and Restaurant General Managers.
• Set weekly to annual goals for sales, operations, and profitability.
• Analyze data to improve speed of service, food quality, and guest experience.
