Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management to lead day-to-day operations across Ohio and Michigan, including Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Detroit markets.

You will mentor property teams, drive occupancy and budget goals, and partner with the development group on pre-development work. This role emphasizes strong leadership, process discipline, and delivering community-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties in Ohio and Michigan.
• Mentor and develop property management teams for peak performance.
• Ensure occupancy, operating and capital budgets, and customer service goals are met.
• Coordinate with development and other departments on portfolio initiatives.
• Lead timely reporting and compliance with programs and regulations.
• Support NSPIRE and other inspections with strong preparation and documentation.
