Friedman Real Estate seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the Metro Detroit area. You will be the field-based lead, driving strategy, improving occupancy, and ensuring strong financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, capital improvements, staff supervision, and coordinating marketing and leasing with Site Managers while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-site residential property management experience.
• Associate degree or higher required; CPM preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Travel up to 25% and ability to work from home as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of residential communities in Michigan and nearby areas.
• Execute capital improvement plans and monitor budgets and operating expenses.
• Achieve occupancy goals and maximize rental rates.
• Supervise on-site staff including hiring, discipline, and termination decisions.
• Coordinate with Site Managers on marketing and leasing strategies.
• Train and motivate on-site teams to deliver excellent resident service.
• Review property operations to ensure safe, efficient work environments.
