Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Area Director of Operations to lead clinical care for a localized patient population and manage the clinical team. You will enhance team performance by facilitating work, ensuring quality, patient satisfaction, and adherence to Eventus WholeHealth protocols and productivity targets.

You will serve as the main liaison between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth and drive on-site leadership, training, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree is required.
• National certification for area of specialty is required.
• Current professional licensure in area of specialty within the state of practice is required.
• Previous long‑term care experience is required.
• Experience leading healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for a localized population and manage the clinical team.
• Serve as main liaison between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth.
• Review and audit documentation and coding of care team members to ensure compliance and quality.
• Analyze clinical quality data and clinician productivity reports; counsel team members to maintain standards.
• Act as clinical and workflow expert for providers and help facilitate resolution of clinical inquiries.
• Regularly visit on-site with care team members to observe and optimize clinical skills and workflow.
• Assign providers to facilities/patients to ensure service coverage; manage vacancies and coordinate with facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of leadership at all team facilities and address facility concerns.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR on selection and onboarding of new staff; provide onboarding training.
• Provide frequent performance feedback to reports.
• May provide coverage to other geographic locations as needed; assist with training of new ADCOEs.
• Other related duties as assigned.
