Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to oversee clinical care and local operations for a defined population. You’ll lead the care team, drive productivity, ensure compliance with Eventus standards, and partner with clinical directors to deliver high-quality patient services.

Candidates may come from clinical or healthcare operations backgrounds with long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading long-term care and healthcare operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and productivity metrics.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical performance and productivity of care team members.
• Promote engagement and ensure adherence to Eventus standards.
• Review documentation for compliance and quality.
• Analyze clinical quality data and guide staff.
• Visit facilities quarterly to observe and optimize skills.
• Coordinate back-up clinical services across buildings.
• Assist with onboarding of new providers.
