Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Area Director of Operations to oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and direct the clinical team responsible for delivering needed services. You will enhance team performance in clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and compliance with Eventus protocols, while serving as the principal liaison between facilities and Eventus.

Qualifications include a clinical master’s or doctoral degree, state licensure, and experience leading healthcare

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree.
• National certification for area of specialty.
• Current professional licensure in area of specialty within the state of practice.
• Previous long-term care experience required.
• Experience leading healthcare teams a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and manage clinical team members.
• Enhance team performance in clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity by optimizing workflows.
• Serve as the main liaison between client facilities and Eventus WholeHealth.
• Ensure compliance with Eventus clinical protocols, processes and procedures.
