Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Area Director of Operations to oversee clinical care for a defined patient population and to manage the clinical team across facilities. This role focuses on improving quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity while ensuring adherence to Eventus protocols.

The candidate should bring graduate-level clinical education, state licensure, and experience in long-term care with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate care, audits, and staff

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral degree required.
• National certification in specialty.
• Current licensure in specialty within the state of practice.
• Previous long-term care experience required.
• Experience leading healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for a localized patient population.
• Direct management of clinical team members and QA initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between client facilities and Eventus WholeHealth.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Eventus policies across sites.
• Review clinical data and provide performance feedback to teams.
• Lead regular team meetings and onboarding/training of staff.
• Visit facilities on-site to optimize clinical workflows and coverage.
