Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement (ADCOE) to oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and manage clinical team members. The role centers on improving team performance in quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity while serving as the liaison between client facilities and Eventus.

The ADCOE will lead, train, and monitor providers; ensure adherence to clinical protocols; manage coverage across facilities; and drive engagement

Qualifications

• Utilization of EMR and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to bring team members together.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and healthcare regulations.
• Effective time management and organizational skills; problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Foster an engaging culture among teammates and reports; lead regular team meetings.
• Review and audit documentation and coding for compliance and quality.
• Receive and analyze clinical quality data and clinician productivity reports; counsel team members as needed.
• Act as clinical and workflow expert for providers; resolve clinical inquiries from facilities.
• Visit on-site to observe and optimize clinical skills and workflow.
• Assign providers to facilities to ensure all services are covered; manage vacancies and coordinate with facilities.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for newly hired staff; provide timely performance feedback.
