Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral degree is required.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• National certification in specialty is required.
• Prior long‑term care experience is required.
• Experience leading healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical performance and improve quality and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth.
• Lead and develop the care team; provide performance feedback.
• Visit sites on-site to observe and optimize skills and workflow.
• Ensure coverage of services across facilities and manage vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and internal guidelines.
