Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to oversee clinical care and business operations for a localized patient population. The role requires leading the care team, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and driving productivity alongside regional leaders.

The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians, clinical directors, and regional operators to meet KPI targets and maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, with healthcare operations experience
• National certification for area of specialty (required for clinically licensed candidates)
• Unrestricted license in area of specialty within the state of practice (required for clinically licensed candidates)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical performance and achievement of productivity expectations of Care Team members
• Foster an engaging culture among all teammates
• Manage adherence to Eventus clinical standards, processes and procedures
• Regularly review documentation and coding to ensure compliance and quality
• Receive and analyze clinical quality data and provider productivity reports
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders for specialty guidance
