Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Louisville, KY is seeking an Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement to oversee clinical care for a localized patient population and manage the clinical team. This role focuses on improving performance, quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity while ensuring adherence to Eventus protocols.

You will serve as the primary liaison between client facilities and Eventus, lead talent development, coach staff, and coordinate coverage across sites.

Qualifications

• Clinical masters or doctoral degree required.
• National certification for area of specialty.
• Current state licensure in area of specialty.
• Prior long-term care experience required.
• Experience leading healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster an engaging culture and lead regular team meetings.
• Review and audit documentation and coding for compliance and quality.
• Analyze clinical quality data and clinician productivity reports; counsel staff as needed.
• Serve as clinical/workflow expert and resolve clinical inquiries from providers and facility staff.
• Schedule providers to ensure coverage across facilities and manage vacancies.
• Coordinate with recruitment/HR on onboarding and training of new staff.
• Provide frequent performance feedback and support coverage for other locations as needed.
