Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Central Indiana is seeking an Area Director of Clinical Ops & Engagement to lead the care team, manage operations, and drive quality and productivity across multiple facilities.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, performance improvement, and collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and compliant operations within the Eventus model.

Qualifications

• Clinical Masters or Doctoral Degree, or a BA/MA in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration with substantial healthcare ops exp.
• National certification in specialty is required for clinically licensed candidates.
• Unrestricted license in area of specialty in state of practice (required for clinically licensed candidates).
• Experience in long-term care, healthcare operations, or multi-site business operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical performance and productivity of Care Team members.
• Maintain adherence to Eventus clinical standards and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and directors for guidance and issue resolution.
• Visit facilities to observe and optimize clinical skills and workflows.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new providers; manage provider turnover.
