Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director to strategically manage client relationships and deliver superior property management services in the Miami region. You will lead a team of community managers, drive loyalty, profitability and long-term client retention while modeling exceptional customer service and ownership culture.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship management, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve client and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in property management, construction or hospitality preferred.
• Florida CAM License is required.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, develops and retains a diverse team of managers and onboards new community managers.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching and career development for associates.
• Holds self and managers accountable for tasks aligned with SOPs and drives results.
• Reviews KPIs, financials and client expectations to ensure growth and retention.
• Oversees onboarding of new clients and ensures smooth transitions across properties.
• Manages relationships with board members and cross-functional teams to deliver service.
