Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director for Community & Lifestyle to guide senior leadership, oversee a multi-site HOA/hospitality portfolio, and drive client relations in Reno, NV. You will mentor Community Association Managers, coordinate with Boards, and ensure adherence to our mission and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, education continuity, and proactive risk management for associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, with leadership track record.
• Minimum 10 years in HOA or hospitality leadership roles with multi-site oversight.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze reports for profitability.
• Proven ability to mentor managers and drive performance within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Community Association Managers and provide mentorship.
• Engage with Boards and clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
• Review reports and adjust commissions per policy; ensure education on governance.
• Develop strategies for growth, training, and transition of new accounts.
• Attend Board meetings and represent the department in leadership discussions.
