Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director in Florida to strategically manage client relationships, drive loyalty and profitability, and oversee a team of community managers delivering premier property management services.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and leadership across operations, relationship management with boards, and continuous improvement of client satisfaction. A Florida CAM License and 5–7 years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in property management, construction or hospitality preferred.
• Florida CAM License is required.
• Experience in operations, account management or relationship management an asset.
• Valid state driver's license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, develops and retains a diverse team of managers and supports onboarding of new community managers.
• Provides training, coaching and developing career paths for associates seeking growth opportunities.
• Mentors community managers and ensures professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Owns and solves issues across departments to deliver measurable business results.
• Reviews performance and conducts regular coaching and feedback sessions.
