Job summary

Junior Achievement of Nevada is seeking a Regional Director to lead strategy, growth, and program delivery in the Nevada region. You will oversee school and volunteer engagement, staff development, budgeting, and board relations to ensure high-quality JA programs and outcomes.

This senior leadership role requires at least 5 years of progressive leadership, strong communication, collaboration with regional boards, and the ability to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in education, nonprofit, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing staff, volunteers, and programs.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with boards, volunteers, and community stakeholders preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic leadership and program oversight.
• Plan, implement, and expand Junior Achievement programs within the assigned Nevada region.
• Develop and execute a regional strategic plan aligned with statewide priorities.
• Implement statewide initiatives within the region with local responsiveness.
• Establish regional goals, benchmarks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure programs are delivered with fidelity to JA models and meet quality standards.
• Monitor regional performance and provide reports to the President & CEO.
• Develop and manage regional budgets.
