Job summary

Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead delivery, quality, and growth of traditional K–12 programming. You will supervise staff, support educators, and partner with schools, districts, volunteers, and community partners.

The role ensures programs align with JA USA models and quality standards while using data to strengthen delivery and expansion across programs like JA Our City and JA Inspire. This is a full-time, in-person exempt position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, nonprofit leadership, youth programming, or related field.
• 2+ years of program coordination, program management, or team‑leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating, implementing, or managing educational, youth‑development, nonprofit, or community‑based programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with educators, schools, students, volunteers, community partners, or diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including public speaking or presentations.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to schools and events.
• Ability to complete required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, scheduling, and delivery of K–12 programs with schools and educators.
• Lead coordination and execution of JA Inspire and SWTBF events.
• Manage program quality and consistency across programs and events.
• Ensure adherence to JA USA models and quality standards; document variances.
• Maintain school contracts, class registrations, and program documentation.
• Coordinate ordering and timely delivery of program materials to schools.
• Cross-train across additional JA programs and alternative delivery approaches.
