Job summary

• Ability to work on-site in Sparks, NV, travel locally to schools and community locations, and occasionally support evening or weekend events.

Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sparks, NV, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Junior Achievement programs across assigned schools and community partners. This role manages program schedules, logistics, and classroom implementation, ensuring curriculum is delivered effectively and aligns with JA’s educational standards. The Program Manager recruits, trains, and supports volunteers and educators, maintains strong relationships with school administrators, and monitors program quality and outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating materials and resources, tracking participation and impact data, and reporting on program performance.
