Junior Achievement of Nevada is seeking a Regional Director to lead strategy, growth, and partnerships for JA programs across the state. This senior role guides program implementation, volunteer and school engagement, staff development, and regional board collaboration to meet regional targets.

The Regional Director will partner with the President & CEO and statewide leadership to execute the statewide plan locally, while serving as the primary liaison to the regional board and JA supporters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in education, nonprofit, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing staff, volunteers, and programs.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with boards, volunteers, and community stakeholders preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems (experience with CRM/database systems preferred).
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Passion for Junior Achievement’s mission.

Responsabilités

• Regional Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and expansion of JA programs within the assigned Nevada region.
• Develop and execute a regional strategic plan aligned with statewide priorities.
• Implement statewide initiatives within the region.
• Establish regional goals, benchmarks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure programs are delivered with fidelity to JA models and compliant with standards.
• Monitor regional performance and report to leadership.
• Develop and manage regional budgets.
