Junior Achievement of Nevada in Sparks, NV is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver JA programs across local schools and community partners. This full-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring curricula meet JA standards while coordinating materials and volunteers.

The successful candidate will recruit and train volunteers, build strong relationships with school administrators, monitor program quality and outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams on outreach and program

Qualificações

• Program coordination and education skills, including experience managing multiple initiatives, supporting classroom or youth programs, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with educators, volunteers, community organizations, and internal team members.
• Organizational and project management skills, such as planning, scheduling, tracking outcomes, and managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication and facilitation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and comfort presenting to groups of students and adults.
• Data and reporting skills, with the ability to use basic office software to track program metrics and prepare summaries or reports.
• Commitment to youth development, economic education, and inclusive practices, with a passion for empowering students from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work on-site in Sparks, NV, travel locally to schools and community locations, and occasionally support evening or weekend events.

Responsabilidades
