Job summary

Junior Achievement of Nevada is seeking a Regional Director to lead strategy, growth, and quality of JA programs across the state’s Nevada region. You will oversee program implementation, volunteer engagement, staff development, and partnerships to deliver high-quality JA programs aligned with statewide priorities.

You will work with the President & CEO and regional board, reporting on outcomes, budgeting, and regional initiatives, while serving as the regional external spokesperson and advocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in education, nonprofit, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing staff, volunteers, and programs.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with boards, volunteers, and community stakeholders preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems (experience with CRM/database systems preferred).
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Passion for Junior Achievement’s mission.

• Promote JA programs through marketing, communications, and events.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and data integrity across the region.
