Job summary

Mallory Alexander International Logistics is seeking a Logistics Professional to join our growing team in Laredo. The Regional Director will oversee daily operations of the Laredo office, a 400,000 sq ft warehouse, and lead a team of import/export experts to grow and service the business.

The role requires a Licensed Customs Broker with Mexican clearance experience and a strong background in warehouse operations, P/L management, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/logistics/transportation.
• 7–10 years in international freight forwarding.
• Licensed Customs Broker with Mexican clearance experience.
• Experience supervising a team and managing P/L.
• Proficiency with CargoWise One and MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Laredo branch and warehouse.
• Manage P/L, budgets, and KPI attainment.
• Develop customer relations and grow business.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with global partners and sales team.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Foster team development and succession planning.
• Hire and coach staff.
