Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to logistics, supply chain, or business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team in logistics/operations.
• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver flawless operational execution across warehouse, facility, and transportation coordination.
• Monitor key metrics, drive performance reviews, and ensure staff development.
• Ensure staffing, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet growth and efficiency goals.
• Maintain SOPs, regulatory compliance, and high standards of safety and quality.
• Drive process improvements to enhance service levels, cycle times and margins.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to support global accounts.
