Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Director to oversee facilities services for a regional portfolio, serving as the primary client contact and shaping strategic plans. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure health and safety compliance across sites in New York.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property or Operations Management, 8+ years in facilities or property management, and at least 5 years of leading teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property or Operations Management.
• Minimum 8 years experience in facilities, property management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, financial management, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of facilities services for the regional portfolio and act as primary client contact.
• Develop and implement the strategy and annual management plan for the portfolio.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure services are delivered per contract standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting and cost-saving initiatives.
