Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Regional Properties Director to lead the FM strategy across multiple sites in the United States. This on-site role requires delivering operational excellence, supervising high-performing teams, and strengthening client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will set technical direction for facility managers and vendors, drive energy efficiency, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and client accounting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in projects or maintenance and operations.
• Strong IFM operational budgeting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Experience in contract administration.
• Knowledge of engineering and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership presence and ability to motivate others.
• Customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for facility managers and vendors.
• Set technical direction for facility managers, operations managers, and third-party vendors.
• Foster a safety-first work environment and culture.
• Respond promptly to client requests, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with site teams and directors on contractor selection and monitoring.
• Ensure compliant and efficient operational processes across various facility types.
• Review and optimize energy efficiency in procedures.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior client leadership.
• Manage operational budgets and client GL accounting.
