• Delivers educational training for Care Management personnel, clinical staff, and ancillary departments.
• Oversees compliance and quality audits of care management reports and workflow documentation.
• Leads Care Management representation at Performance Improvement meetings and external collaborations.
• Monitors data, performs variance and trend analyses, and supports practice improvements for the network.
