Job summary

Mediacom Communications seeks a Manager, Direct Sales to lead the regional sales team and drive attainment of targets. You will manage Direct Sales Supervisors and Representatives across assigned regions, shaping strategy and motivating the group to achieve planned outcomes.

Required are an Associate's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience, plus excellent verbal and written communication. Travel with a flexible schedule is expected, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience motivating a sales team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Supervisors and Sales Representatives in daily assignments.
• Develop a successful sales team.
• Hire, develop, motivate, monitor, direct and evaluate Sales Representatives and Supervisors to meet objectives.
• Assist in development of Sales goals and budgets.
• Conduct sales performance reviews to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals are met.
• Travel as required.
