Mediacom Communications is seeking a Supervisor, Direct Sales to lead 6-10 sales representatives and drive customer growth in a competitive market. You will supervise campaigns, partner with service and technical staff, and ensure proper payroll and commissions processes.

The role requires 2-4 years of sales/marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected; onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop and motivate a team of sales reps to exceed weekly targets.
• Collaborate with local service and tech staff to promote new products and services.
• Review payroll commissions and time sheets; monitor budgeted P/L.
• Assist Divisional Sales Manager with customer communications and PR within the region.
• Coordinate sales, marketing and retention programs in competitive markets.
• Support direct sales efforts for new residential and commercial opportunities.
