Optiv is seeking a Regional Director to lead a sales team in the South Central region, driving multi-year security engagements across hardware, software, services and financing. The role emphasizes building a large pipeline, accurate forecasts, and adherence to Optiv’s MEDDICC approach.

The RD will recruit and coach sales professionals, develop executive relationships, and align client strategies with Optiv’s value proposition to grow revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing security technology and services sales teams.
• Track record of multi-million-dollar gross margin quota attainment.
• Experience developing sales professionals with diplomacy and respect.
• Strong business acumen linking goals with cyber security risk.
• Executive presence and ability to build executive relationships.
• Ability to build and execute territory and strategic account plans.
• Experience selling multi-year hardware, software, services and financing solutions.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, Risk and Compliance markets.
