Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead the South-Central region's sales of security hardware, software, services and financing. The role is remote and based in Texas, with a strong preference for Houston or Dallas–Fort Worth.

You will build a large pipeline, coach a high-performing team, and guide weekly to annual forecasts while executing MEDDICC-based processes to drive multi-year engagements and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading security technology and services sales teams.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar gross margin quota attainment.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop top sales talent.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience selling complex, multi-year hardware/software/services solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop sales professionals to achieve targets.
• Lead the regional sales team to build a large pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic relationships with clients and partners.
• Align with Optiv's MEDDICC sales process and value proposition.
• Collaborate with Services, Client Operations, HR and executive leaders to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
