Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Director for LoopNet in Denver, CO. This on-site leadership role leads a sales team, expands client relationships, and drives revenue growth with targeted digital advertising solutions.

Expect significant field activity, coaching, and CRM-based pipeline management to hit ambitious targets. The position requires a proven track record of scaling sales teams, CRE or digital advertising experience, and a drive to exceed annual quotas while upholding company culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing 5–10 sales professionals in CRE or digital advertising.
• 2+ years CRE experience; book of business > $1M annual revenue.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license; driving record check prior to start.
• Internal applicants: 5+ years sales + 18+ months at director level.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Spend 3–4 days per week in the field coaching the team.
• Drive regional revenue growth and meet targets.
• Build new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Track activity and pipeline using the Enterprise CRM.
• Set team goals and address performance issues.
• Mentor team and reinforce company culture.
• Travel up to 50% and be onsite in Denver.
