Job summary

LoopNet, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Regional Vice President for its Digital Advertising team. The role leads a regional sales organization to grow and retain revenue by selling to commercial real estate clients, with on-site work in West Coast offices including Irvine, LA, or Phoenix.

You will inspire teams, manage a fast-paced sales cycle, and partner with senior leadership to expand market share while delivering exceptional client service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales management in a B2B environment serving CRE, ad tech, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams responsible for new client acquisition and existing accounts.
• Proven ability to drive revenue across the full lifecycle and manage fast-paced cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and revenue targets.
• Develop and retain Regional Directors and Sales Executives.
• Coach leaders to increase market penetration and talent levels.
• Lead hiring and training of top-tier sales talent.
• Create sales plans aligning to corporate goals and improving processes.
• Build relationships with key customers to expand accounts.
