Job summary

LoopNet, a CoStar Group property, is seeking a Regional Director in Indianapolis to lead a high-performing sales team focused on digital advertising solutions for CRE clients. You will expand new and existing client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure exceptional service while managing a substantial revenue book.

The role requires 5+ years of sales leadership in CRE or digital advertising, strong coaching skills, and the ability to travel up to half the time.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience directly managing 5-10 sales professionals within CRE, digital advertising or related transactional sales.
Experience leading sales efforts in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment with short cycle times.
2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
Experience being responsible for a book of business in excess of $1 million in annual revenue.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Spend 3–4 days per week in the field on sales calls, coaching, and training.
Drive regional revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Identify, prioritize, and secure new client relationships while expanding existing accounts.
Monitor sales performance and ensure CRM activity and pipeline discipline.
Lead weekly team activities, travel as needed, and align goals with broader business objectives.
