Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President for LoopNet in the West to lead the Digital Advertising sales team from Irvine/LA/Phoenix. You will drive growth, recruit and coach Regional Directors and Sales Executives, and partner with senior leaders to expand key accounts.

The role demands a proven, high-energy leader with deep B2B real estate or related industry experience, plus the ability to travel 50%+ to support regional goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales management in a B2B environment selling real estate, CRE tech, or related services.
• 10+ years in a fast-paced, highly transactional sales model.
• Experience leading teams across new and existing accounts with revenue growth responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving abstract must be clear.
• Ability to travel 50%+ within the sales region.
• Proven track record of commitment to prior employers.
