FirstService Residential is seeking a Regional Director of Community Management in Florida to oversee performance, operations, and strategic direction for a regional book of community associations. You will align business outcomes with corporate goals, drive operational excellence, and nurture stakeholder relationships with boards, residents, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires a results-driven leader with deep knowledge of property management, financial oversight, and team

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery in selecting and developing high-performing leaders and creating engaging team environments.
• Proven ability to deliver hospitality-level service to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong trust-building skills in dynamic, multi-stakeholder settings.
• Ability to read and interpret not-for-profit financial statements and schedules.
• Experience managing small to medium projects with proven methodologies.
• Strong critical thinking for complex interpersonal and operational problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the daily operations of multiple community management teams within the assigned region.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Develop and monitor regional budgets.
• Analyze financial reports and maintain fiscal responsibility and profitability.
• Inspire and mentor community managers and staff; foster accountability and performance.
• Create and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive regional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, boards, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure communities operate in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Deliver accurate daily, monthly, and annual reports.
