Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth and lead a cross-functional team focused on transplant center accounts. The role emphasizes strategic account management, plan execution, and strong customer relationships across multiple CareDx products and services.

The RD will coordinate with TAMs, CLs, and MSLs, managing pipeline and performance, while collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to deliver solutions and exceed commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and/or enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience with complex, multi-touch, long sales processes (6-9 months) and closing deals.
• Willing to travel 50-75% or more, including day trips and overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of accounts, identify needs, and upsell relevant CareDx products and services.
• Lead strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption, and market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report performance and ROI to leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop a field team of TAMs and DSS to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to create solutions.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans; manage cross-functional execution.
