You will collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, finance, marketing, and legal to align efforts to business goals, travel regionally as needed, and manage pipeline in CRM to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B business development, sales, or related roles.
• Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partners.
• Strong ability to create new relationships and drive opportunities to close.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in Hartford-Providence-Worster region from prospecting to close.
