Job summary

Mediacom Communications in Delaware invites applications for a Supervisor, Direct Sales to lead a team of 6–10 sales representatives and drive customer growth and retention in a competitive market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of sales/marketing experience, plus strong communication and MS Office skills. Travel up to 50% is expected, with some weekend hours. We offer a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales/Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed weekly requirements.
• Collaborate with local service and technical staff to promote and install new products and services.
• Review payroll commissions and time sheets; monitor budgets and P/L reports.
• Support the Divisional Sales Manager with customer communications and PR in the region.
• Coordinate sales, marketing and retention programs in competitive markets.
