Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Proven sales leadership experience in media or TV advertising.
• Strong understanding of streaming and digital advertising trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FLX and streaming sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor sales teams across multiple markets.
• Provide guidance and training to sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and advertisers.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor streaming solutions.
• Identify new revenue streams and optimize processes.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on metrics.
