Job summary

FOX Television Stations is seeking a Regional Digital Sales Manager to lead digital and streaming sales across Texas markets, including Houston and Austin. You will drive revenue, develop multi-platform solutions, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strategic leadership in media sales with a focus on streaming, and the ability to collaborate across markets to identify new opportunities. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field required or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the media industry, specifically in streaming services or TV advertising.
• Strong understanding of the streaming landscape and digital advertising trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FLX and streaming sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor sales teams across multiple TV station markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and advertisers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand advertising needs and provide tailored streaming solutions.
• Identify and pursue new revenue streams and optimize sales processes.
