Job summary

FOX Television Stations in Texas, including Houston and Austin, seeks a Regional Digital Sales Manager to lead digital and streaming sales across our markets.

You will develop revenue strategies, manage teams, build client relationships, and pursue new streaming opportunities while delivering measurable results in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven sales leadership experience within the media industry, especially in streaming or TV advertising.
• Strong understanding of streaming landscape and digital advertising trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.

Regional Digital Sales Manager

FOX Television Stations (FTS) is seeking an experienced Regional Digital Sales Manager to lead digital and streaming sales across our Texas markets, including Houston and Austin. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with strong media background, a proven record of driving revenue, and the ability to build client relationships and develop effective multi-platform solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The Regional Digital Sales manager will drive digital and streaming revenue across the company's Houston and Austin markets. The ideal candidate is a media sales leader with a proven record of success who can collaborate effectively, develop client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Create and implement effective FLX and streaming sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify new market opportunities for growth.

Team Management

Coach and mentor sales teams across multiple TV station markets.

Provide guidance, and training, to ensure the success of the sales teams.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertisers.

Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored streaming solutions.

Revenue Optimization

Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities.

Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Reporting and Analysis

Focus on sales team pipeline and driving new business

Provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and achievements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the media industry, specifically in streaming services or TV advertising.
• Strong understanding of the streaming landscape and digital advertising trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $190,000.00-200,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
