FOX Television Stations in Texas seeks a seasoned Regional Digital Sales Manager to lead digital and streaming sales across Houston and Austin. You will drive multi-platform revenue, build client relationships, and develop integrated solutions that align with advertiser goals.

The role requires a strategic sales leader with a track record of growth in media, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the media industry, specifically in streaming services or TV advertising.
• Strong understanding of the streaming landscape and digital advertising trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Sales Strategies.
• Create and implement effective FLX and streaming sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new market opportunities for growth.
• Team Management - coach and mentor sales teams across multiple TV station markets.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure the success of the sales teams.
• Client Relationship Management - build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertisers.
