Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietitian to support residents across Los Alamos, Taos, and Las Vegas, NM. This full-time role requires travel and offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) protection.

You will work with a licensed dietitian, conduct assessments, and coordinate dietary plans while ensuring safety standards and diet recommendations are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Registered/Licensed Dietitian required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietitian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident's food preferences into tray card database.
• Refer residents to Dietitian for nutritional or eating issues.
