Job summary

CarNow in Raleigh, NC seeks an Account Manager to cultivate long-term dealer partnerships, drive retention and upsell digital solutions, and identify opportunities for growth across a 75–120 dealer book.

You will lead onboarding with implementations, coordinate with sales, support, and product teams, conduct regular account reviews, and ensure customer success through proactive training and KPI-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales with digital solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 75% monthly within the assigned region.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for sales management.

Responsibilities

• Provides in person account management to a book of business (75-120 dealer accounts).
• Attends onboarding and pre-launch calls with Implementation team for seamless handoff.
• Conducts pre-live audits to confirm setup for launch.
• Schedules and hosts in person launch meetings and training with decision makers and end users.
• Performs refresh training for new dealer personnel.
• Achieves monthly retention goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
