Job summary

Colonial Group in the United States seeks an ACV Dealer Floorplan Regional Sales Manager to develop new business in a defined territory. You will prospect, underwrite, contract, and activate opportunities while coordinating with Floorplan leadership.

The role requires strong English communication, CRM use (preferably Salesforce), and experience in auto/financial services. You will support onboarding, manage accounts, and drive growth with a proactive, high-energy approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience in Auto or Financial services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience using CRM software (preferably Salesforce) to manage sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of ACV Auctions products and services.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Develop and execute a sales plan within a defined market.
• Build prospect lists through cold calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Service accounts in person and by phone, resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce daily for reporting and tracking.
• Hit targets in new applications, contracts, and activations.
• Underwrite potential customers initially.
• Build relationships with Regional Managers and Field staff.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliant, timely completion of transactions with required documents.
