Qualifications

• The candidate has a 4-year/bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in auto or financial services.
• Fluent English with strong written and oral communication.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan within a defined market.
• Build prospect lists via cold calling, referrals, and follow up.
• Service accounts during onboarding and maintain relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting and pipeline management.
• Underwrite initial potential customers and assess risk.
• Collaborate with Floorplan Directors and Territory Managers.
